The work environment is a leading factor in employee productivity, job satisfaction and retention. When you work with a professional designer from the beginning of the project, the office can be transformed from an institutional space to a personalized and productive environment. Designers examine business processes and work culture to develop a design concept that fosters collaboration, enhances performance and benefits employee health, safety and morale.

I like interior design. I have seen lots of men and women in the profession. One of the largest things i have seen in past years is the licensing of the field. It now seperates the house wife decorators with right designers like what we see in this video. It is truly incredible how designers see space, light and materials and transform it into functional and gorgeous space.

I know a lot of Kuwaiti and Bahraini guys who are successful interior designers..they even work for Sheikhs and they’re more preferable by most companies because an interior designer should always be updated, someone who is well exposed, and digitally oriented. As a female interior architect in saudi its hard to handle jobs abroad, so you might want to give it a shot
