First there will need to be some wall or tile taken out above the tub to make sure it can get out. It probably needs to go about 3 tiles up. Older tubs can be heavy, make sure there are enough people to help the removal. Once it’s removed bring the new tub in and line it up with the pluming and make sure it’s level.
This is an ancient house my grandpa bought and is letting me remodel and learn some things about remodeling i have done about 90% of the work to it so far myself my brother is now starting to help me but i have to teach him in the process the other 10% is where my grandpa has can over and helped me with stuff.
