Your Numpad should be activated (most keyboards use numpads for math keys) try to figure out that the light at “Num Lock” is on, otherwise your + and – Buttons are deactivated
May 10th, 2010 at 2:11 pm
Ok done that, but + and – dont work…
May 10th, 2010 at 2:18 pm
you have to type in minimum and maximum model scale in object editor, 2 stands for double as normale 0.5 is half, its easy as taking a dump
May 10th, 2010 at 3:10 pm
Say, i can use the ctrl page up page down and rotation but i cant change the size with + and -. Howcome?
May 10th, 2010 at 3:40 pm
Agreed. I’ve been taking some game creation and other miscellaneous editor classes and none of them even compare. The most pitiful part is that game creators have yet to copy some of the elements from Warcraft 3 WE that made it so excellent.

Ctrl + Page up/down

you can also use models of units and items from wow in WC3 editor, its just a matter of having the models converted into WC3 formant and stuff, its complicated but it works fantastic
May 10th, 2010 at 5:57 pm
you can also raise and lower doodads in the air and ground by holding Control and pressing the “Page Up” and “Page Down” keys, its usefull
May 10th, 2010 at 6:31 pm
thank you
meanwhile ive found the JNPG too
its a fantastic tool
and your advice with the + and – fantastic! thanks very much

You can enlarge doodads by pressing on the + and shrink them by pressing on the – while selecting the doodad. For disabled limits, google JNGP od Jass New Generation Pack.
May 10th, 2010 at 7:57 pm
nice, how can you enlarge the doodads directly? and do you pherhaps know something to disable the doodad limit? i dont want to split one of my maps into two maps …

May 10th, 2010 at 10:53 pm
Even after 6 years, world edit remains the most versitile & time efficient editor out there as far as game creation goes.
