I reckon you may like Green DIY Energy, take a look at the reasons why.

The blueprint for solar panels are included in the package.  What really sold me in the end was the fact that the package came with an extensive video.  The exact step-by-step process was given to me by this. The diagrams pretty much acted like a supplement to the step by step videos.

I can’t believe the other places didn’t include videos because it really made GreenDIYEnergy so much the better choice. It’s cool that I get to finally have a project to do around the house.

I was able to find the materials for the a lot less, after researching Green DIY Energy for a built solar panel. I found less expensive materials for solar panel than Green DIY Energy’s solar panel for . LOL I laughed when I finished it and realized it was only . The most amusing part was that I really had to whip out my receipt when I showed my friends I built the solar panel for under 0. It was just unheard of that a solar panel could be built for that cheap.

Why should you keep trying several sources who supply you only with designs, when you get EVERYTHING along with videos, under one roof? Also, this company uses its revenues to do ongoing research, so you know that all of their materials are up to date.

From the Green DIY Energy website itself, this is what they tout:

-    Installing and Mounting Solar Panels Guide
-    Energy Consumer Guide
-    Solar Tax Credits and Rebates
-    ‚ÄúVideo Library‚Äù
-    Build Your Own Wind Turbine
-    The 0 Wind Turbine
I was worried that because I have a slow connection at home, it would be hard to download. But it was really quick and painless!

I urge you to get Green DIY Energy because:

-    Over 4,000 are sold each month so you know that it works
-    You save thousands of dollars over retail manufacturing companies
-    Reduce your carbon footprint and go green
-    You can cut your energy bills in half or stop getting them
-    It‚Äôs fun to build things and show your family and friends what you made

In the end, the real winner here is the Earth and the environment You need to reckon of the environment first.  I was frightened that I couldn’t do that job because I’m not technically challenged, but it was a piece of cake. It’s such a relief that GreenDIYEnergy was able to help me through each step. It was much simpler when my wife came out and lent a helping hand. I also like to add that Green DIY Energy staff were really friendly and helped me out.

I’m not the only one with the same taste, check out the link for the review of the same product, GreenDIYEnergy, in the author’s box. I admire that GreenDIYEnergy was given a thorough review just like what I did.

You cant afford to not have home security!

Over the past few years we’ve seen nearly everything that can possibly go terrible economically do just that. This includes fortune 500 companies cutting back and laying off employees. Banks have been failing and the American dream of home retention let alone ownership has becoming very bleak.  Combine the loss of jobs and sky rocketing prices for consumer goods and it makes for a very terrible scene.  It has become even more vital to budget your money and preserve everything that you own.

Unfortunately the terrible comes with the excellent. There are many people out here that are suffering. There even more that are suffering and have their eyes on what you have as a way out of their situation. Home security has become more vital than ever before.

The crime statistics from the 2009 FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program state that: In 2009, there were an estimated 2,199,125 burglaries and that Burglaries of residential properties accounted for 72.6 percent of all burglary offenses. These are staggering numbers to say the least. But, it gets worse. The estimated 2,199,125 burglaries cost the victims .6 billion dollars in lost property in 2009. The average dollar loss per burglary offense was ,096. My question to you is this. Do you have ,096 to just give away?? I sure don’t.

While the monetary aspect of a potential burglary is something to reckon about, for most people it’s far more than just the money. It’s about protecting your family and piece of mind. I know from personal experience. It doesn’t feel excellent to come home to a break in. It’s a feeling of having your person space violated and you’re never the same afterward.

So, what’s the answer? As with many things in life, there is no one answer and no guarantees to really protect your self from a burglary. But, there are home security systems that we can install to increase the safety of our homes. There are different levels of protection.  Some systems are basic home alarm systems. While others include home security cameras, they can be hard wired or in the form of a wireless home security system.

In this article we will be looking at a typical basic home security system. The basic home security systems generally include:

1. Keypad – This is the brain home security systems. It constantly monitors all the sensors that are connected to doors, windows, etc. This is where you will perform system checks if needed and is also where you activate and de-activate your alarm system.

2. Door sensors – These sensors are generally mounted on the top outer edge of the door. The sensor consists of 2 pieces. One is attached to the door jamb and the other is attached to the door. Both pieces contain magnets. When the door opens it breaks the magnetic field between the contacts and signals to the brain/keypad that the door has been open. A basic alarm usually includes 2 door sensors.  They are also usually wireless.

3. Motion detector – The motion detector does just what the name indicates. Once the system is activated the motion detector activates and will trigger the alarm system if something crosses within the field of vision of the motion detector. With the better alarm companies such as ADT and Protect America you’ll usually get 1 motion detector with a basic package, but it may vary.

One final note, home security systems are not only for homes. Someone living in an apartment or even a student in a college dorm can benefit from the added security of an alarm system. All major alarm companies offer wireless home security systems. That means that you don’t have to drill holes to mount any hardware.

So let’s review. Your basic home security systems typically include your keypad, 2 door sensors (front & rear) and 1 motion detector. As I said this is usually consistent with the top companies as ADT and Protect America. Your pricing for a basic system should start around /month for monthly monitoring. Which isn’t terrible considering your family and valuable are priceless.  I’d suggest you call ADT (877) 631-9346 & Protect America (877) 634-5597. To discuss your home security needs.

Home Insurance Coverage In Savannah, Georgia

Home owners are often well aware that an insurance policy is necessary for their new or existing home but it is very common with any type of insurance policy for people to not have a clue what it says.  Those who own real estate should pay careful attention to what their policy language says including what is covered and what is not in the event of loss or hurt.  Certain areas of the country such as Savannah, Georgia, may have different types of coverage than other regions.  Even though properties in this area experience severe weather conditions, there may be things an insurance company will not pay for.

Flood insurance is typically separate

If you do not live in a flood prone area, you probably did not pay much attention to flood coverage.  Folks in Savannah but are well aware of this natural threat and must be adequately prepared.  Home insurance in Savannah may include coverage for wind hurt but it may not for flooding.  Flood waters, even ones that only come up a few feet, can ruin a home completely.  Water and mud hurt can significantly hurt a home’s foundation as well as the wood and drywall materials that it is built from.  Even shallow flood waters can cause a home to have to be knocked down and rebuilt from scratch.  Many individuals assume that insurance will cover most any type of hurt to a home yet insurance companies often sell separate coverage for flood related hurt.  This is not included in broad form coverage that people place on their homes.  Individuals who buy a home with borrowed funds will be required to place a flood insurance policy on their property if they live in a flood prone area such as Savannah but those who have paid off their homes or for whatever reason do not have a mortgage on the property may not be introduced to this form of coverage.  Asking about flood hurt and coverage and also talking with your insurance agent about natural disasters in general will prepare you for re-building before something terrible happens.

Your policy will change with your home

Just like with a lot of other products or services we buy in our lives, we set things up and then tend to forget about them, especially when it comes to insurance which is not always the most enjoyable thing to buy.  As people make changes, addition and updates to their homes, so too should they to their insurance policies.  Additions such as extra square footage, a deck or patio, finishing a basement and other projects increase the value of a home.  If you fail to say your insurance company of these changes, you may not be covered for the full value of your home.  Going over an insurance policy is typically not the first thing people reckon of when they are busy adding on to their homes but having routine checkups of your policy to make sure everything in your home is covered is a excellent strategy.  Talking to your insurance agent once every six months to let him or her know about any changes or improvements you have made to your home will help them better prepare coverage in the event of loss or hurt.

Home insurance in Savannah and in other parts of the country cover different types of hurt and loss.  Consumers who do not read their policies or have a professional go over the policy with them are often not aware of what they are covered for.  Even if you live in an area where natural disaster threats are very obvious, you may still need to buy additional coverage such as flood insurance.  Your policy should also change with your home when new features are added or something is changed.
