Like this track. I was working at a post production company called Spitfire Television at the time and I did the offline editing for this video, must have been 1989-90. We had to “sit” the gain for the video – the recording had such a huge sound. Fantastic guys. Thanks for posting.
This band is just fantastic ! This song is just perfect !!!! Pleassseeee go together again, write new songs and tour around Europe….I will spend a fortune to see you live !!!
Fantastic song , they never got the props they deserved. Got this album back in 90/91 and never found anyone else who had it but a handful of people wanted me to dub them a copy.
I’m an ancient Rush,Yes,Genesis,ELP,Floyd,Zep ,DPurple,Tull,Suptramp, you name it, back in 1994 at a musicland store in Dallas Tx. I heard a demo which I immediately fell in like with, it was KOD Cowboys and Aliens, and I bought all their collection, I like to listen to this band, It’s such a shame they disintegrated, very underrated, it is simply, excelent music !
0_o …this is like REM, My Bloody Valentine, and The Smiths all rolled into one.
“And there’s hope that I’ve taken
And these drugs, to make it painless
And men, we’re quick as rainbows
Always rare, to keep her thirsty
And I’ve gone, like she’d always known.”
Another underestimated band. But I believe that it is better. I like this band, of special form their first album “like is Hell” (1987), which sounds between a fine post punk and a gorgeous and atmospheric shoegaze. They have influenced to as present bands as Editors and Interpol.
This song is from the georgeos album “starnge free world”……………………please Listen to them!!!!
A small of JOY DIVISION + COCTEAU TWINS + THE CHAMELEONS U.K + THE SMITHS = KOD.

They really were truly underrated, which is sad, but at least “we” have this fantastic music to listen to. It’s everyone else who is at a loss!

I second that. I’ve never met anyone who has heard of them, and I have loved them since the first time I heard the back around 1990.

Even radiohead cite them now… did anyone else see the notorious Toilets of Destruction at the bull and gate?

To her house and ignores the stars
She knows there’s no-one waiting
