no it is charged from a socket at home, then used along the trip, when it dies you either replace with a spare charged battery or you would have to pedal the rest.

is there anyway to increase the speed of this bike by adapting a larger battery? or would you need a larger hub/motor?
April 20th, 2010 at 4:19 pm
Dang cooL! You should find a way to make a charger so that when you padel the padels…it charges the batteries or…..whenever the front wheel spins the magnet….it charges it. You know what i mean?

Kindly tell me if its a brushless motor. Also is there a rheostat of some sort to control how quick the motor would go? How much would your kit cost?

nvm dude
April 20th, 2010 at 9:29 pm
Haha. Yeah, I don’t reckon he understands the value of the quick installation and silent, clean operation. Also, who needs to go 37mph without pedaling? That’s what motorcycles are for, but our kit is for your very own bike that you already delight in.

This coshyno dude persuades you to get a gas engine kit on eBay, for your bike for $125; because it travels up to 37 mph. That’s a gasoline powered internal combustion engine, it’s not fantastic for the environment; because it produces carbon monoxide and smog. It makes a large carbon footprint. Your company is not about harming the environment, it’s about helping the environment. I can’t believe that guy!
