wow this is fing retarded. walmart has pretty cheap water cooled fans (made with exactly the same concept), which would completely offset the price and time cost of making this. FAIL.

This is no air conditioner, this is a reverse refrigerator!
February 7th, 2010 at 6:18 pm
there’s no air flow in the edges of the fan
February 7th, 2010 at 6:39 pm
I’m still hot
the fan doesn’t work very excellent
the fan cut my finger
February 7th, 2010 at 7:22 pm
use only plastic tubing not use an adapter.
February 7th, 2010 at 7:31 pm
@onthecuttingedge2005 come down south you would want some cool!
February 7th, 2010 at 8:12 pm
ok ok …still now you got to make the fan run AND giving it ALOT of hot water because of cooling system of fan …it’s far better to place elements behind the fan and it will cost less in the end.
February 7th, 2010 at 9:05 pm
but what’s happen if you place hot water instead of cold?
February 7th, 2010 at 9:12 pm
You know what I didn’t know that. I always assumed aluminum was a better conductor of heat. I guess it’s just cheaper that’s why it’s used so much.
February 7th, 2010 at 10:12 pm
@minimumheadroom Copper has a better heat transfer coefficient than aluminum.

That´s why I did not turned on my ACs this season. Neither the Car, Home nor Office. WE ALL must take our part regarding the environment!
