If you have two Y chromosomes you will have downs, though it will be hard to notice that you really have one extra, since the Y chromosome is pretty much useless.

While it is when you have one extra chromosome, it doesn’t have to be any specfic chromosome. The most common extra chromosome to have if you have downs syndrome is chromosome 21.

Down syndrome is when you have 3 of the number 23 chromosome instead of 2
