It’s clarified in part 1. Someone learned the footage while packing it away for “Deep storage” which means if he hadn’t been paying attention, this footage would now be hidden in a salt mine in Pennsylvania never to be seen again.

probable from some ancient videos collected from disney- its possible that disney or the la times place these together and not the guy who uploaded this video
